Customer isolation
Pilot customers use isolated deployments with customer-specific configuration and provider accounts. Role-based access separates administrator and operator capabilities.
Guarded operations
Provisioning and sensitive operator steps use reviewed tooling and explicit human action. Recording checklist evidence does not execute provisioning, expose credentials, send messages, or create charges.
Limits
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can promise absolute security. This page does not claim a certification or audit that has not been completed.
