How we use information submitted with a CreatorOS pilot application.
Application information
We collect your name, company, work email, company website, and the creator-program goals you submit. We use this information to review fit, prevent abuse, and contact you about a possible assisted pilot.
Access and service providers
Authorized team members and the hosting, database, analytics, and security providers needed to operate CreatorOS may process limited application information. We do not sell pilot application details.
Retention and deletion
We retain unsuccessful applications for 12 months, unless legal or security needs require longer. You may request deletion through our contact page. We verify identity before acting and may retain records where law, fraud prevention, or security requires it.
